Propose For New Video Conferencing

This is my next proposal to my company management, a high definition video conferencing system. Currently we are using Skype and normal PC notebook to have a video conference, Skype are very useful and really help us a lot to have a video conference between our Head Office and Corporate Office but this application is actually only for end user one-to-one conference and not reliable for a corporate uses.
